Our Impact
Arcturus Community Endeavors (ACE) is a community-based outreach organization focused on connecting small businesses with government, nonprofit, and professional services and resources, and introducing underserved youth to entrepreneurship and the nonprofit sector through education-focused internships. We have helped small businesses in the Bushwick area access funding and marketing support through our in-person counseling programs, connected business owners to free legal aid through our legal clinics, and created internship programs with Medgar Evers College and Bronxworks.

We offer small businesses in-person help; our Small Business Advocates ask the right questions to help with assessing the needs of our small businesses to connect them to the right resources, cultivating a relationship and building trust. We focus providing free resources directly impacting the growth of small businesses.
marketing & BRAND development
Our Marketing and Strategy Team conducts a thorough review of client needs, expectations and resources to collaborate on how to build a social media presence, expand on customer base, website development and develop a brand that people invest in.
legal seminars
Every quarter, we hold free legal seminars with Brooklyn Legal Corp. A about the topics that affect small businesses the most. We also continuously connect small businesses in need to free legal services.
internship opportunities
We offer flexible internships in which college students can choose to focus on marketing, entrepreneurship, photography, outreach, research, or a combination! Our internships are project-intensive, they focus on exploring new skills and critical thinking to develop solutions plaguing small businesses.
volunteering
ACE needs volunteers to succeed! Volunteers with special skills or interests in getting hands on experience are highly needed. There are opportunities in law, marketing, data analysis, computer science, etc. Volunteers can lend their skills to small businesses and mentor interested interns, while other volunteers can help outreach to small businesses and ensure all businesses can connect to help.
